Marsa Maroc and unions sign landmark agreement to enhance work environment until 2030

Marsa Maroc, alongside unions such as UMT, ODT, CDT, FDT, and UGTM, has inked a landmark five-year social agreement, set to last until the end of 2030. Announced this Friday, the agreement is designed to nurture «a stable and sustainable social climate within the company». Marsa Maroc lauds this development as «a major step forward», underscoring «a shared vision focused on both the sustainability of Marsa Maroc's projects and the enhancement of its human capital».

The agreement is the culmination of several negotiation rounds conducted «in a spirit of transparency, mutual listening, and shared responsibility», according to a statement. It has thereby «established a constructive and sustainable dynamic in social relations», introducing «measures to improve professional conditions benefiting all employees».

The signing unions have «commended the initiatives of the General Management and the quality of the social dialogue that led to this strategic agreement». They have also «urged all employees to fully commit to the company's strategic projects and to collectively sustain the development and performance momentum that Marsa Maroc is experiencing».

Meanwhile, Marsa Maroc reiterates «its commitment to fostering a work environment built on trust, cohesion, and dedication, in service of the company’s growth and stakeholder satisfaction».
