«The production line encompasses the entire process, from receiving frozen tuna to delivering the finished, palletized cans», states Abdellah Bouja, co-owner and CEO of Tunamax. With each phase—thawing, cooking, cleaning, filling, sterilizing, and labeling—automated, the factory ensures unwavering consistency, food safety, and quality. Capable of processing 15,000 tons of tuna annually and producing over 50 million cans, it stands as one of the largest canneries in the nation.
