Students from 1337 School ranked first globally in the Winter Challenge 2026 – SnakeByte, organized by CodinGame. The University of Wroclaw and 42 Paris placed second and third, respectively. According to a statement, this achievement reflects the steady progress of the Moroccan institution, driven by its innovative learning approach based on experimentation, trial and error, and continuous improvement.

This recognition lies at the heart of the school’s model, which emphasizes hands-on learning, immersion, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. The same source noted that this edition brought together a highly selective pool of developers from around the world, underscoring the significance of this first-place finish.

The 42 Network was also represented, with several of its campuses ranking among the global top 10. Moroccan participants highlighted the value of collective effort, reflecting a strong culture of collaboration and perseverance among students.
