Heatwave to hit Morocco with temperatures up to 40°C

A heatwave is anticipated from Friday, April 17, to Sunday, April 19, across several Moroccan provinces, with temperatures forecasted to range between 37 and 40°C,  announced the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM).

According to the DGM's orange-level alert bulletin, this weather phenomenon will impact the provinces of Es-Semara, Guelmim, Tan-Tan, Laâyoune, Tarfaya, Aousserd, Oued Eddahab, and Boujdour.
