Truck driver dies at Beni Ansar port after crane component falls on him

A tragic accident unfolded yesterday at the Beni Ansar port in Nador province, claiming the life of an international transport truck driver. The driver was fatally injured when a metal component from a container crane fell on him.

As reported by local sources, the victim, who was from the Taounate province, succumbed immediately to a severe head injury.

In the wake of the incident, local authorities and relevant departments promptly arrived at the scene to investigate the circumstances surrounding the accident. The victim's body was subsequently transported to the mortuary at Al-Hassani Hospital in Nador.
