SNRT announced the launch of a new daily religious program for Moroccans living abroad through the mobile application of Assadissa, starting Monday, May 11, 2026.
Launched under the supervision of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs and in coordination with the General Secretariat of the Higher Council of Ulema, the new program, titled «Marocains du monde» will air for three hours daily from 4 p.m. GMT.
The program will be available in Arabic as well as five foreign languages: English, French, Spanish, German, and Italian, SNRT said in a press release.
According to the statement, the show will cover topics including Quran recitation and interpretation (tafsir), the Prophet’s biography and Hadith, acts of worship and transactions, ethics and daily conduct, Friday sermons, Morocco’s religious constants, and themes related to national identity, geography, history, and civilization.
SNRT said the initiative aims to teach Islamic practices, promote values of moderation and tolerance, and strengthen the religious and cultural ties of Moroccans abroad while countering confusion and extremism.
The Assadissa mobile application will be available for free download on Google Play and the App Store starting May 11, with the program streamed live daily through the app.
