Man found dead in landing gear of flight arriving in UK from Morocco

A man's body was discovered in the landing gear of an Air Arabia flight that arrived at London Gatwick Airport from Tangier, Morocco, on Tuesday, according to the BBC.

Emergency services were called after the body was found in the aircraft’s undercarriage following its arrival at around 11:45 a.m. local time. Gatwick Airport confirmed the incident, saying its teams were assisting Sussex Police and the coroner’s office with the investigation.

Sussex Police have opened an inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the death.
