Morocco’s Cadi Ayyad University ranked 12th in Africa by the Times Higher Education

Morocco’s Cadi Ayyad University has once again been ranked first in the Maghreb region and among French-speaking universities in Africa by the 2019 Times Higher Education, says MAP news agency.

The Marrakesh university was positioned 15th in the Arab World and 12th in Africa, added the same source. According to statistics gathered by the international ranking, the Cadi Ayyad University is thus the best academic institution in Morocco.

The Times Higher Education ranking is based on 13 criteria, including teaching, and research. The Moroccan university is among the 300 best universities in the world, according to the 2018 Shanghai ranking.
