On Wednesday, February the 13th, a sit-in was held in Casablanca to show support for Hirak detainees from both Al Hoceima and Jerada. According to several local platforms, protesters chanted slogans calling for the release of Hirak political detainees and activists and promised to keep protesting until their demands are heard.
Participants also denounced the «disgraceful» condition of Hirak detainees, including that of Nasser Zefzafi. They referred to the fact that most of these activists are detained in prisons that are located far away from their families.
The sit-in was marked by the participation of several members of the Hirak movement in Casablanca, the Annahj Democratic Party and those form Al Adl Wal Ihsane association.
