On Sunday, a photo was posted on Instagram of Princess Lalla Salma at Oulad Mbarek Oncology Center (Beni Mellal province) on Wednesday in her capacity as president of the Lalla Slama foundation for cancer prevention and treatment.
After this visit that lasted for two hours, netizens reported that the princess had been very picky about the equipment of the center, which opened its doors in January.
On Monday, Dutch online newspaper De Telegraaf wrote about this visit, during which Lalla Salma checked on the various departments of the building and visited patients admitted to it. The same newspaper reported that this is the first time that the princess appears in public since December 2017, when she attended an exhibition by painter Mohamed Amine Demnati at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Rabat.
Since then, rumors relayed by international media, especially from Spain, suggested that the princess and King Mohammed VI «divorced».
