The Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-thani, has named Fahad Ibrahim Al-Hamad Al-Mana the country’s ambassador to Morocco, the Qatari News Agency (QNA) announced on Monday.
The designation of Qatar’s new ambassador to Rabat was announced six days after Moroccan Prime Minister Saadeddine El Othmani received his predecessor Abdullah Bin Falah Al-Dosari at the end of his diplomatic mission in Morocco.

Qatar's new ambassador to Morocco had served as a diplomat in Argentina since 2013, after having worked at the embassy in Rabat from August 1989 to September 1992. He holds a master's degree in higher education from the National School of Public Administration of Morocco, that he obtained in 1991.
In addition to Morocco, the Emir of Qatar has appointed ambassadors to China and Afghanistan.
