Moroccan goalkeeper Abdelali Mohamadi joins Saudi Arabia’s Abha club

Moroccan goalkeeper Abdelali Mohamadi has officially joined Saudi football club Abha, the latter announced Thursday.

Mohamadi signed a contract with the Saudi club that is currently playing in the Saudi Professional League, the highest tier of Saudi football, said Abha on its Twitter account.

Abdelali Mohamadi (27) used to play for Kawkab Athlétique Club from 2010 to 2015 before joining Berkane Sports Renaissance, with which he played during the 2019 CAF Confederation Cup, MAP reports.

The goalkeeper said he was happy to be part of the Abha club for the 2019-2020 season.

The Saudi club joined to the Saudi Premier League (SPL) after winning the Prince Mohamed Ben Salman Premier League.
