In Italy and in Denmark, the highest averages at the baccalaureate were won by girls, who are of Moroccan descent. Indeed, Soumia Daoudi and Jihane Ouarkziz, both 17 years old, obtained respectively 20/20 and 21/20.
Living in Denmark, the former had the highest mark on the baccalaureate exam in the literary section. Since yesterday, she has been sharing her joy through social networks, with her family living in Morocco.
As for the latter, she successfully graduated, even exceeding the 20/20 mark thanks to the optional modules that she successfully validated. Born in Italy to parents from the province of Tata, Jihane Ouarkziz gets the country’s top mark, to the delight of her relatives in Morocco and in Italy.
