A man suspected of stabbing a Moroccan coach at a Riyadh sports club in Saudi Arabia, was arrested Monday, Saudi press agency SPA reports, quoting a police spokesperson.
The same source said that the suspect is a 30-year-old man, who had a knife on him upon his arrest.
For the record, the Moroccan coach was killed, Sunday, by a man in a sports club in Riyadh, Saudi online newspaper Sabq reports.
The same source indicates that an investigation was launched by the Saudi authorities after a man stormed the sports club and stabbed the Moroccan coach. The latter succumbed to his wounds before making it to the hospital.
Quoting eyewitnesses, Saudi newspaper Okaz reported that the suspect was carrying a knife that he used to kill the Moroccan national. After stabbing the coach, he left the club, threatening to attack attendees.
