Morocco’s army granted 100 light military vehicles by the United States

The United States granted Morocco 100 light military vehicles, including M1078, M1083 and M1084 tactical trucks. According to several media reports, which quote a Facebook page called FAR-Maroc, these trucks are second-hand vehicles that will be sent in two convoys.

Fifty of these trucks are on their way to the Kingdom while fifty others will be sent in the coming weeks to the Royal Armed Forces, the same source said. This grant is part of military between the Kingdom and the United States

These trucks are bulletproof and can «resist blasts, artillery shrapnel, small fire arms and improvised explosive devices», the same source concluded.
