The United States Department of State has declared 12 men, who lead several organizations affiliated with ISIS and Lebanese group Hezbollah, terrorist leaders, following a watchword issued Wednesday by President Donald Trump, reports, Friday, Al Ahdath Al Maghribiya.

Washington has updated this decision, which is based on CIA and FBI reports, by adding new names to the global terrorist list.

The first person added to the list is Moroccan terrorist Anas El Aboubi, currently in Syria after joining Daesh in 2013. According to Italian intelligence reports, El Aboubi was radicalized in 2012, when he became a famous Italian rapper nicknamed «MS Khalifa». The Italian authorities arrested him in June 2013 before he managed to flee to Syria.

The second Moroccan terrorist on this blacklist is Abdallah Hamch, aka «Abu Souleymane the French». He is said to be the commander of the Tarek Ibn Zyad battalion, made up of 300 foreign fighters affiliated with Daesh and whose name has been circulating since the November 2015 terror attacks in Paris.

The other names, according to the newspaper quoted by Le 360, would be Salah Abdeslam, involved in the attacks in Paris and the Brussels airport attack, and Mohamed Abrini, accused of planning and taking part to the attacks in Paris and Brussels.
