To face the Polisario, Morocco calls for the creation of a friendship group with Mexico

The new composition of the new antiparliamentary friendship group between Mexico and the Polisario was revealed on October 31.

The body is chaired by Olga Juliana Elizonda Guerra. It is the fifth group ever created by Mexico’s lower house since 1979, when the country recognized «SADR».

Shortly after the creation of the group, the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs called for the creation of a similar group with Mexico, in a letter sent to MPs. The idea was discussed during a meeting ta the House of Councilors on October 29.
