Moroccan internationals Achraf Hakimi and Hakim Ziyech were chosen to be part of Africa’s Best 11, a list announced, Tuesday, in Egypt at the CAF Awards for 2019.
Hakimi and Ziyech, who play for Borussia Dortmund (Germany) and Ajax Amsterdam (Netherlands) respectively, have been selected for their good performances with their clubs and within the Morocco national team. Hakimi was also awarded as the African Youth Player of the Year.

Many other African footballers were awarded during the ceremony, including Andre Onana, Serge Aurier, Joel Matip, Kalidou Koulibaly, Riyad Mahrez and Mohamed Salah.
