The production of John Michael McDonagh's new film The Forgiven was halted this week following disruptions to air travel in Morocco because of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
According to Screen Daily, the producers had to charter planes to fly the cast and crew back to the UK.
«We will have to reset when the travel ban is lifted. It looks like our insurance is covered for us to go back and reshoot», Phil Hunt, the managing director of financier/producer Head Gear Films, told the same newspaper.
The movie «takes place over a weekend in the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco, and explores the reverberations of a random accident on the lives of both the locals and western visitors to a house party in a grand villa», IMDb wrote.
