Almost one month after he tested positive for the novel coronavirus, Morocco’s Minister of Equipment, Transportation, Logistics and Water announced, Tuesday, that he recovered.
On his official Facebook page, Abdelkader Amara said that after undergoing tests, it was confirmed that he recovered from the virus. «For everyone out there asking about my health, thankfully, I am now at home for a recovery period that will last for a few days», he wrote, thanking health workers, friends and family.
For the record, Amara is the first member of the government to test positive for the virus. On March 14, his department announced that he had Covid-19 after a trip to a European country.
