Morocco records 71 new confirmed coronavirus cases, 1,346 in total

71 new confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded between Wednesday night and Thursday morning, bringing to 1,346 the total number of Covid-19 infections in Morocco, the Health Ministry announced.

As for the death toll, the ministry reported that in total 96 people died after contracting the virus in Morocco while 103 recovered.

4,770 people have tested negative for the virus after undergoing tests, it added.
