British authorities are planning another repatriation operation, Saturday, to bring home British tourists stranded in Morocco because of the coronavirus travel ban. In a series of tweets, the UK’s ambassador to Morocco Thomas Reilly reported that these flights will be the «last» ones chartered by the UK to repatriate British nationals.
«The embassy will not be organizing any more flights. Morocco's airspace is closed until at least May 31. So there will be no commercial flights until at least then», the ambassador said.
On Saturday, we will be sending our last flights back to the #UK. The #Embassy will not be organising any more flights. #Morocco’s airspace is closed until at least 31 May. So there will be no commercial flights until at least then.

«If you are a UK national or a #Moroccan normally resident in the UK and want to go back, please do not miss this flight. This really is your last chance. Bookings close at 1500 today (Wednesday)», he added.
The British embassy in Morocco announced on Twitter that it would contact all registered British nationals to confirm their bookings.
In preparation for the final flight to the UK on 2 May, we are contacting all British nationals who have registered with us to confirm their booking.
