As announced before by the government delegation, repatriating Moroccans stranded in Ceuta started on Friday morning. A bus carrying stranded Moroccans launched the long-awaited operation this morning, crossing the Tarajal border crossing.

«The repatriation operation will be repeated over the next few days, the authorities of the two countries seem to have reached an agreement on repatriating the 400 Moroccans stranded in the city», Ceutaldia wrote on Friday.

For its part, Ceuta Actualidad said that for the moment, none of those living in the facilities set up by the city authorities, such as the La Libertad Center, «are on the official list this Friday».
