A special repatriation flight for American citizens stranded in Morocco will leave Casablanca on June 12, the US embassy wrote Tuesday on its Twitter account.
The plane, chartered to repatriate American citizens, will land on a Friday at 2:00 pm in Casablanca. It is expected to refuel and change crew at Ireland's Shannon Airport before landing at the Dulles International Airport in Washington.
According to the US embassy, the flight is «available only to US citizens and to Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) with valid Green Card».

In its announcement, the embassy urged US citizens stranded in the Kingdom because of the coronavirus to book a seat. It also indicated that the price per passenger is «1125 UK pounds (approximately $1389 USD) and 50 UK pounds (approximately $62) for infants under 24 months».
The same source pointed out that the flight remains subject to final approval by the government of Morocco.
