The number of coronavirus cases reaches 7,967 in Morocco, recoveries stand at 7,160

45 new confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded between Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning in Morocco, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 7,967, the health Ministry announced.

In a recent update, the Ministry reported that 249,556 suspected cases have tested negative for the virus so far. While deaths related to the coronavirus stand at 207, the number of Covid-19 patients who recovered in the Kingdom has reached 7,160.

The confirmed coronavirus cases in the Kingdom are located as follows : 33.84% in Casablanca-Settat, 17.26% in Marrakech-Safi, 14.37% in Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, 12.59% in Fez-Meknes, 7.36% in Daraa-Tafilalet, 8.92% in Rabat-Salé-Kenitra, 2.35% in the Oriental region, 1.51% in Beni-Mellal-Khenifra, 1.12% in Souss Massa, 0.56% in Guelmim-Oued Noun, 0.06% in Laayoune-Sakia-El Hamra, 0.06 in Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab.
