More than 800 French nationals repatriated from Marrakech

French authorities organized on Wednesday a repatriation operation bringing home 816 nationals from Morocco.

According to the French Embassy in Morocco, the operation organized yesterday targeted nationals stranded in Agadir and Marrakech. The repatriation was operated by a flight from the Marrakech airport.

«Repatriations are accelerating thanks to the coordination of the Consulates, which remain mobilized, with the support of the Moroccan authorities», added the embassy.

France has repatriated its nationals stranded in Morocco through planes and ferries. Last week , two ferries from Tanger Med repatriated these nationals to Sète and Marseille.
