Coronavirus : 84 new confirmed cases in Morocco, 242 new recoveries

84 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Morocco between Tuesday evening and Wednesday at 10:00 am, bringing to the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 16,181, announced the ministry of Health.

The number of recovered cases amounts to 13,666 with 242 new recoveries, while the number of deaths rises to 258 with one new death, said the ministry.

In addition, the number of cases excluded after negative laboratory results stands at 905,514, according to the same source.

The ministry urges citizens to respect the rules of hygiene and health safety as well as the preventive measures taken by the Moroccan authorities, by showing responsibility and patriotism.
