Japan grants emergency medical aid worth 46.5 million dirhams to Morocco

The Japanese government has granted Morocco an emergency medical aid worth 46.5 million dirhams to manage the coronavirus health crisis.

The Moroccan Foreign Affairs Minister Nasser Bourita and the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Japan Shinozuka Takashi signed the Japanese grant.

The aid includes medical equipment for provincial hospitals, such as mobile digital radiography devices, ultrasound systems, radiography systems, CT scanners.

For the record, Tokyo has granted Morocco 5 million dirhams through UNICEF to help the country fight against the coronavirus.
