The Maghreb de Fès, an Omnisport club based in Fez, announced on Monday that four of its members have tested positive for the new coronavirus.
The team said in a post on its Facebook page that the tests, carried out on contact cases of the six confirmed cases discovered last week, have just been released. Thus, four new cases will be added to the list. «They are three players and a member of the medical staff», wrote the club.
Last week, a committee from the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) postponed a match between the Maghreb de Fès and the Sports Association (AS) of Salé, due to the discovery of the new cases.
