Morocco to bring back nationals in Lebanon wishing to return home after deadly blast

The Moroccan embassy in Lebanon announced the organization of two flights for Moroccans residing and stranded in Lebanon and wishing to return to the Kingdom.

The embassy said that the «two trips will be organized on Friday, August 7, to bring back Moroccans residing and stranded in Lebanon to the Kingdom». Those who wish to travel to Morocco on these flights have to present special documents for parents and children who have the Moroccan citizenship. They will also need to bring a negative coronavirus test.

The embassy called on those wishing to travel to send a copy of their passports to the following WhatsApp number: 76730612 or to the following email address : [email protected] and to join the Beirut International Airport at seven in the evening.

On August 4, a huge blast in Beirut killed at least 137 people and injured thousands others.
