In Tuscany, a region in central Italy, coronavirus tests showed that a Moroccan household has five infections.

According to local newspaper La Nazione, a Moroccan woman tested positive for the virus on August 7 after showing some of the symptoms. The next day screening results showed that four of her compatriots were also infected. The four people were already self-isolating and did not leave the house.

In collaboration with the services of the municipality of Barga, the committee for monitoring the epidemiological situation in the municipality, as well as the health authorities, took the necessary measures to contain the outbreak, counter the spread and treat patients.
