1,404 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Morocco during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 58,489.
1,148 new recoveries were recorded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries in the Kingdom to 43,049.
41 deaths were recorded between yesterday and today, bringing the total number of deaths to 1,052. These deaths were recorded in Marrakech (11), Casablanca (7), Tangier (5), Fès (4), Oujda (3), Agadir (2), Zagora (2), Ouarzazate (2), Errachidia (1) , Kelaa des Sraghna (1), Taza (1), Sefrou (1) and Tétouan (1).
The country now has 14,388 active cases under treatment. They are mainly located they are mainly located in Casablanca-Settat (5,946), Marrakech-Safi (2,360), Fez-Meknès (1,418) and Rabat-Salé (1,080). The number of critically ill patients reaches 191 cases, including 44 on ventilators.

In Fez-Meknes, 159 new cases were recorded in the last 24 hours : 79 in Fez, 37 in Meknes, 16 in Taza, 11 in Boulmane, 11 in Sefrou, 3 in Taounate and two cases in Moulay Yacoub.
Rabat-Salé-Kénitra follows with 116 new infections : 32 in Salé, 31 in Rabat, 26 cases in Skhirat-Témara, 18 in Kénitra, 5 in Sidi Slimane and 4 cases in Khmissat.
95 cases were recorded in Beni Mellal-Khénifra : 32 in Khouribga, 30 in Azilal, 18 in Beni Mellal, 9 cases in Fqih Bensaleh and 6 cases in Khénifra.
Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima confirmed 82 new cases: 34 in Tanger-Asilah, 28 in Tétouan, 11 in M'diq-Fnideq, 8 in Al Hoceima and one case in Chefchaouen.
42 cases were recorded in Drâa-Tafilalet (21 in Errachidia, 10 in Ouarzazate, 8 in Zagora and 3 in Tinghir), 34 cases all recorded in Dakhla (Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab), 32 in Souss -Massa (13 in Agadir-Idda-Outanane, 8 cases in Inzegane-Ait Melloul, 6 in Chtouka Ait Baha, 2 cases in Tata, two in Tiznit and one case in Taroudant) and 22 in the Oriental (7 in Oujda, 5 in Guercif, 4 in Nador, 3 in Taourirt, 2 in Berkane and one Dirouch case).
Guelmim-Oued Noun recorded 13 cases (8 in Tan Tan, 3 in Sidi Ifni and two cases in Guelmim), while Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra recorded 4 new infections (3 in Laâyoune and 1 in Tarfaya).
