Italy : Two Moroccan sisters killed by falling tree in Tuscany

In Tuscany, a region in central Italy, two Moroccan sisters aged 3 and 14 died were killed by falling tree. The incident took place on Sunday at the Verde Mare Campsite.

Crushed by the tree, the younger sister died on the spot while the teenager died a few hours after she was admitted to the hospital. Their 19-year-old sister was slightly injured, while their parents did not suffer any injury.

Several local media indicate that the Moroccan family resides in the Turin region. They came to spend a few days in Tuscany. In addition to renting a bungalow in the campsite, the family had set up a tent next door, to have more space to sleep.
