1,661 new recoveries were recorded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries in the Kingdom to 67,528.
25 deaths were recorded between yesterday and today, bringing the total number of deaths to 1,578. 4 of these deaths were recorded in Casablanca, 4 in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region, 4 in Drâa-Tafilalet, 4 in Fès-Meknès, 3 in Marrakech-Safi, 2 in Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma, 1 in Beni Mellal-Khénifra, 1 in Guelmim-Oued Noun and 1 in Laâyoune-Es Sakia El Hamra.
The country has 17,580 active cases, including 266 in critical conditions. 48 of them are on ventilators.
Casablanca-Settat recorded 863 infections : 702 in Casablanca, 42 in Berrechid, 35 in Settat, 28 in Nouaceur, 26 in Mohammedia, 25 in Médiouna, 2 in Benslimane, 2 in Sidi Bennour and 1 in El Jadida. Then comes Souss-Massa, with 242 cases : 120 in Agadir Ida Ou Tanane, 103 in Inezgane Aït Melloul, 7 in Tiznit, 5 in Taroudant, 4 in Chtouka Aït Baha and 3 in Tata.
Rabat-Salé-Kénitra has 229 new cases : 86 in Kénitra, 78 in Salé, 22 in Skhirat-Témara, 18 in Rabat, 11 in Sidi Kacem, 9 in Khemisset and 5 in Sidi Slimane. The Drâa-Tafilalet region recorded 198 new infections : 96 in Errachidia, 59 in Midelt, 25 in Tinghir, 15 in Zagora and 3 in Ouarzazate.
Marrakech-Safi has 179 infections : 113 in Marrakech, 18 in Youssoufia, 14 in Al Haouz, 11 in Essaouira, 8 in Safi, 7 in Rehamna, 6 in Kelâa des Sraghna and 2 in Chichaoua. Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma follows with 144 additional infections : 45 in Al Hoceïma, 43 in Tanger-Asilah, 34 in Tétouan, 11 in M'diq-Fnideq, 8 in Larache, 2 in Ouezzane and 1 in Chefchaouen.
In Beni Mellal-Khénifra, 138 cases were confirmed : 44 in Beni Mellal, 42 in Khénifra, 24 in Khouribga, 23 in Fqih Ben Salah and 5 in Azilal. Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab confirmed 96, all of them to Oued Ed Dahab.
Fez-Meknes recorded 97 cases : 31 in Fez, 26 in Meknes, 13 in Sefrou, 9 in Boulemane, 8 in Taounate, 5 in Taza, 3 in El Hajeb, 1 in Ifrane and 1 in Moulay Yacoub. In the Oriental region, 33 infections have been confirmed : 20 in Oujda-Angad, 5 in Berkane, 3 in Taourirt, 3 in Guercif and 2 in Jerada.
Laayoune-Es Sakia El Hamra recorded 21 cases :15 in Laayoune, 5 in Es-Semara and 1 in Tarfaya. Guelmim-Oued Noun confirmed 11 infections : 6 in Sidi Ifni, 4 in Assa Zag and 1 in Tan Tan.
