40 deaths were recorded between yesterday and today, bringing the total number of deaths to 1,795. These deaths were recorded in Casablanca (13), Agadir (3), Khouribga (2), Beni Mellal (2), Taza (2), Errachidia (2), Tétouan (2), Marrakech (2), Salé (1 ), Kénitra (1), Khemisset (1), Tanger-Assilah (1), Al Hoceima (1), Ouazzane (1), Ouarzazate (1), Fès (1), Boulmane (1), Fqih Bensaleh (1) and Driouch (1).
The country has 19,013 active cases, including 264 in critical conditions. 41 of them are on ventilators.
Casablanca-Settat records 1,059 cases: 851 in Casablanca, 58 in Mohammedia, 44 in El Jadida, 42 in Nouaceur, 25 in Settat, 21 in Mediouna, 12 in Berrechid and 6 cases in Benslimane. Then comes Rabat-Salé-Kenitra with 312 new infections: 107 in Salé, 82 in Kénitra, 49 in Sidi Slimane, 29 in Skhirat-Témara, 20 in Khemisset, 17 in Rabat and 8 cases in Sidi Kacem.
Souss-Massa has 270 new infections: 182 in Inzegane-Ait-Melloul, 68 in Agadir Ida-Ou-Tanane, 68 in, 15 in Chtouka Ait Baha, 4 in Taroudant and one case in Tiznit. 240 new cases were recorded in Marrakech-Safi: 186 in Marrakech, 22 in Kelaa des Sraghna, 13 in Youssoufia, 7 in Chichaoua, 5 in the province of Rhamna, 4 in the province of Al Haouz and 3 cases in Essaouira.
Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima follows with 162 new cases: 49 in Tanger-Assilah, 49 in Tétouan, 24 in Al Hoceima, 19 in Larache, 11 in M'diq-Fnideq, 9 in Ouazzane and one case in Chefchaouen.
For its part, Drâa-Tafilalet recorded 160 new infections: 49 in Tinghir, 40 in Errachidia, 38 in Zagora, 19 in Midelt and 14 cases in Ouarzazate.
For its part, Fès-Meknes recorded 101 new cases: 24 in Meknes, 20 in Fez, 17 in Boulmane, 13 in Sefrou, 9 in Taza, 9 in Ifrane, 5 in El Hajeb and 4 cases in Taounate.
96 cases were recorded in Beni Mellal-Khénifra (28 in Beni Mellal, 24 in Khouribga, 23 in Fqih Bensaleh, 14 in Khénifra and 7 cases in Azilal) and 62 new infections detected in the Oriental (61 in Oujda-Angad and a case in Jerada).
In the southern provinces, 50 new cases were recorded in Guelmim-Oued Noun (38 in Assa Zag, 10 in Guelmim and two cases in Tan Tan), 22 cases were identified in Oued Ed-Dahab (Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab) while 18 infections were detected in Laâyoune (Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra).
