1,376 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Morocco during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 103,119.
3,426 new recoveries were recorded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries in the Kingdom to 84,158.
25 deaths were recorded between yesterday and today, bringing the total number of deaths to 1,855. These deaths were recorded in Casablanca (7), Settat (2), Meknès (2), Tétouan (2), Kénitra (1), Rabat (1), Khouribga (1), Beni Mellal (1), Marrakech (1 ), Rhamna (1), Tinghir (1), Errachidia (1), Boulmane (1), Oujda (1) and Oued Ed-Dahab (1).
The country has 17,106 active cases, including 300 in critical conditions. 41 of them are on ventilators.
Casablanca-Settat recorded 495 cases : 393 in Casablanca, 62 in Settat, 12 in Nouaceur, 8 in Berrechid, 8 in Mediouna, 6 in El Jadida, 5 in Mohammedia and a case in Sidi Bennour. Then comes Rabat-Salé-Kenitra with 296 new infections : 90 in Kénitra, 89 in Salé, 47 in Skhirat-Témara, 26 in Rabat, 25 in Khemisset and 19 in Sidi Kacem.
Beni Mellal-Khénifra has 88 new infections : 31 in Khouribga, 28 in Beni Mellal, 13 in Khénifra, 9 in Fqih Bensaleh and 7 cases in Azilal. 86 new cases were recorded in Marrakech-Safi : 35 in Kelaa des Sraghna, 19 in Marrakech, 15 in Youssoufia, 13 in the province of Rhamna and 4 cases in Essaouira.
Souss-Massa follows with 84 new infections : 58 in Inzegane-Ait-Melloul, 25 in Agadir Ida-Ou-Tanane and one case in Tiznit.
For its part, Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima confirmed 79 new cases : 37 in M'diq-Fnideq, 28 in Tetouan, 10 in Tanger-Assilah, 3 in Chefchaouen and one case in Al Hoceima.
For its part, Drâa-Tafilalet recorded 75 new infections : 37 in Midelt, 18 in Ouarzazate, 17 in Tinghir and three cases in Zagora. Fès-Meknes also recorded 75 new cases : 25 in Meknes, 17 in Fès, 13 in Taounate, 8 in Taza, 5 in Sefrou, 3 in Moulay Yacoub, 3 in Ifrane and one case in El Hajeb.
74 were cases recorded in the Oriental region : 28 in Oujda-Angad, 19 in Jerada, 10 in Berkane, 10 in Guercif, 3 in Figuig and three cases in Taourirt.
In the southern provinces, 22 cases were recorded in the province of Oued Ed-Dahab (Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab) one in Laâyoune (Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra) and one in Guelmim (Guelmim-Oued Noun).
