Hassania Agadir, a Moroccan football club based in Agadir, announced that five of its players have contracted the coronavirus. A physiotherapist, a nurse, a porter and a goalkeeper coach from the same club have also tested positive for the virus.

On its Facebook account, the team said that club members who traveled on Tuesday for a game against Jadida's Difaa underwent coronavirus tests, which confirmed the infections.

The management of the team added that all measures were taken in accordance with the health protocol in force, including treatment and isolation.

Hassania Agadir is expected to play against Wydad Casablanca on Sunday.
