2,643 new recoveries were recorded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries in the Kingdom to 108,687.
30 deaths were recorded between yesterday and today, bringing the total number of deaths to 2,293. These deaths were recorded in Casablanca (7), Marrakech (4), Oujda-Angad (3), Agadir (2), Inzegane-Ait Melloul (2), Kénitra (2), Settat (1), Benslimane (1) , Khemisset (1), Beni Mellal (1), Errachidia (1), Fès (1), Meknès (1), Taza (1) and Laâyoune (1).
The country has 20,248 active cases, including 440 in critical conditions. 51 of them are on ventilators.
Casablanca-Settat recorded 1,475 cases: 1,089 in Casablanca, 95 in Mohammedia, 75 in Nouaceur, 56 in Berrechid, 51 in Mediouna, 48 in El Jadida, 48 in Settat, 8 in Benslimane and 5 cases in Sidi Bennour. Rabat-Salé-Kenitra has 270 new infections: 103 in Skhirat-Témara, 51 in Kénitra, 43 in Salé, 25 in Rabat, 24 in Sidi Slimane and 24 cases in Khemisset.
Marrakech-Safi follows with 261 new cases: 176 in Marrakech, 37 in Kelaa des Sraghna, 32 in Rhamna, 9 in Youssoufia, 5 in Essaouira and two cases in the province of El Haouz. 146 cases were recorded in Souss-Massa: 107 in Agadir-Ida-Ou-Tanane, 25 in Taroudant, 8 in Inzegane-Ait Melloul, 4 in Tiznit, one case in Chtouka Ait Baha and another in Tata.
For its part, Beni Mellal-Khénifra recorded 112 new cases: 40 in Fqih Bensaleh, 22 in Beni Mellal, 21 in Khénifra, 18 in Khouribga and 11 cases in Azilal. Drâa-Tafilalet, for its part, has identified 101 new cases: 37 in Tinghir, 24 in Midelt, 20 in Errachidia, 13 in Ouarzazate and 7 cases in Zagora.
99 cases were confirmed in Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima (30 in Tanger-Assilah, 27 in Tétouan, 23 in Larache, 10 in Al Hoceima, 8 in M'Diq-Fnideq and one case in Ouazzane), 88 in the Oriental region (66 in Oujda-Angad, 8 in Jerada, 6 in Nador, 3 in Guercif, 2 in Berkane, one case in Taourirt, one case in Driouch and one case in Figuig) and 42 in Fès-Meknes (18 in Fès, 12 in Meknes, 10 in Taza, one case in El Hajeb and another in Ifrane).
In the southern provinces, the province of Oued Ed-Dahab (Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab) recorded 28 new infections while 24 cases were confirmed in Laâyoune (Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra). Guelmim-Oued Noun recorded 17 new infections: 9 in Guelmim, 3 in Assa Zag, 3 in Tan Tan and two cases in Sidi Ifni.
