2026 Elections: USFP sidelines Moroccan expat candidate in its Casablanca stronghold

Sidelined by the USFP in 2021 as a candidate to head the local list in Casablanca-Anfa, Salaheddine El Manouzi has been turned down once again, with no opportunity to take part in the September 2026 elections. In the constituency, however, his family and political roots strengthen his standing, while also encouraging participation among Moroccans living abroad.
