The European Commissioner for Agriculture is currently providing for the criteria to be complied with for the marketing of imported products, including the ones originating from Western Sahara. However, the measure is pending a decision from the European Court of Justice regarding the amendment of two articles 1 and 4 from the EU-Morocco association agreement.
