Moroccan-American-Belgian pharmaceutical executive Moncef Slaoui was officially appointed, Friday, by President Donald Trump as chief scientist of the United States vaccine efforts. Speaking today, Slaoui said that Operation Warp Speed may deliver coronavirus vaccine by the end of 2020.
