17.11.وَيَدْعُ الإِنسَانُ بِالشَّرِّ دُعَاءهُ بِالْخَيْرِ وَكَانَ الإِنسَانُ عَجُولاً

17.11. L'homme appelle de ses vœux le mal comme il appelle le bien, car l'homme, par nature, est toujours pressé.

17.11 . Man prayeth for evil as he prayeth for good ; for man was ever hasty .

17.11. WayadAAu al-insanu bialshsharri duAAaahu bialkhayri wakana al-insanu AAajoolan

17.12.وَجَعَلْنَا اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ آيَتَيْنِ فَمَحَوْنَا آيَةَ اللَّيْلِ وَجَعَلْنَا آيَةَ النَّهَارِ مُبْصِرَةً لِتَبْتَغُواْ فَضْلاً مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَلِتَعْلَمُواْ عَدَدَ السِّنِينَ وَالْحِسَابَ وَكُلَّ شَيْءٍ فَصَّلْنَاهُ تَفْصِيلاً

17.12. Nous avons fait de la nuit et du jour deux signes de Notre puissance. Nous avons effacé le signe de la nuit, et Nous avons rendu visible celui du jour pour vous permettre de rechercher les bienfaits de votre Seigneur, et de connaître le nombre des ans et le calcul du temps. Nous avons exposé toute chose dans ses moindres détails.

17.12 . And we appoint the night and the day two portents . Then We make dark the portent of the night , and We make the portent of the day sight giving , that ye may seek bounty from your Lord , and that ye may know the computation of the years , and the reckoning ; and everything have We expounded with a clear expounding .

17.12. WajaAAalna allayla waalnnahara ayatayni famahawna ayata allayli wajaAAalna ayata alnnahari mubsiratan litabtaghoo fadlan min rabbikum walitaAAlamoo AAadada alssineena waalhisaba wakulla shay-in fassalnahu tafseelan

17.13.وَكُلَّ إِنسَانٍ أَلْزَمْنَاهُ طَآئِرَهُ فِي عُنُقِهِ وَنُخْرِجُ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كِتَاباً يَلْقَاهُ مَنشُوراً

17.13. Nous avons rendu tout homme responsable de sa destinée et, le Jour de la Résurrection, Nous lui présenterons un livre qui sera, sous ses yeux, étalé.

17.13 . And every man ' s augury have We fastened to his own neck , and We shall bring forth for him on the Day of Resurrection a book which he will find wide open .

17.13. Wakulla insanin alzamnahu ta-irahu fee AAunuqihi wanukhriju lahu yawma alqiyamati kitaban yalqahu manshooran

17.14.اقْرَأْ كَتَابَكَ كَفَى بِنَفْسِكَ الْيَوْمَ عَلَيْكَ حَسِيباً

17.14. «Lis ton livre ! Aujourd'hui, tu seras seul à te demander des comptes.»

17.14 . ( And it will be said unto him ) : Read thy book . Thy soul sufficeth as reckoner against thee this day .

17.14. Iqra/ kitabaka kafa binafsika alyawma AAalayka haseeban

17.15.مَّنِ اهْتَدَى فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدي لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيْهَا وَلاَ تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى وَمَا كُنَّا مُعَذِّبِينَ حَتَّى نَبْعَثَ رَسُولاً

17.15. Quiconque suit le droit chemin le suit dans son propre intérêt et quiconque s'égare ne s'égare qu'à son propre détriment. Nul n'aura à assumer les péchés d'autrui. Nous n'avons jamais sévi contre un peuple, avant de lui avoir envoyé un messager.

17.15 . Whosoever goeth right , it is only for ( the good of ) his own soul that he goeth right , and whosoever erreth , erreth only to its hurt . No laden soul can bear another ' s load . We never punish until We have sent a messenger .

17.15. Mani ihtada fa-innama yahtadee linafsihi waman dalla fa-innama yadillu AAalayha wala taziru waziratun wizra okhra wama kunna muAAaththibeena hatta nabAAatha rasoolan
