39.41.إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ لِلنَّاسِ بِالْحَقِّ فَمَنِ اهْتَدَى فَلِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيْهَا وَمَا أَنتَ عَلَيْهِم بِوَكِيلٍ

39.41. Nous t'avons révélé le Coran, en toute vérité, à l'intention des hommes. Quiconque choisit la bonne voie le fera à son propre avantage, et quiconque préfère l'égarement le fera à son propre détriment, car tu n'es point pour eux un répondant.

39.41 . Lo! We have revealed unto thee ( Muhammad ) the Scripture for mankind with truth . Then whosoever goeth right it is for his soul , and whosoever strayeth , strayeth only to its hurt . And thou art not a warder over them .

39.41. Inna anzalna AAalayka alkitaba lilnnasi bialhaqqi famani ihtada falinafsihi waman dalla fa-innama yadillu AAalayha wama anta AAalayhim biwakeelin

39.42.اللَّهُ يَتَوَفَّى الْأَنفُسَ حِينَ مَوْتِهَا وَالَّتِي لَمْ تَمُتْ فِي مَنَامِهَا فَيُمْسِكُ الَّتِي قَضَى عَلَيْهَا الْمَوْتَ وَيُرْسِلُ الْأُخْرَى إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

39.42. Dieu accueille les âmes quand elles meurent, et quand elles sombrent seulement dans le sommeil. Il retient celles dont Il a décrété la mort et renvoie les autres jusqu'au terme fixé. N'y a-t-il pas là des signes pour qui sait réfléchir?

39.42 . Allah receiveth ( men ' s ) souls at the time of their death , and that ( soul ) which dieth not ( yet ) in its sleep . He keepeth that ( soul ) for which He hath ordained death and dismisseth the rest till an appointed term . Lo herein verily are portents for people who take thought .

39.42. Allahu yatawaffa al-anfusa heena mawtiha waallatee lam tamut fee manamiha fayumsiku allatee qada AAalayha almawta wayursilu al-okhra ila ajalin musamman inna fee thalika laayatin liqawmin yatafakkaroona

39.43.أَمِ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ شُفَعَاء قُلْ أَوَلَوْ كَانُوا لَا يَمْلِكُونَ شَيْئاً وَلَا يَعْقِلُونَ

39.43. Si les impies prennent des intercesseurs en dehors de Dieu, dis-leur : «Qu'en ferez-vous s'ils sont dépourvus de tout pouvoir et de tout entendement?»

39.43 . Or choose they intercessors other than Allah? Say : What! Even though they have power over nothing and have no intelligence?

39.43. Ami ittakhathoo min dooni Allahi shufaAAaa qul awa law kanoo la yamlikoona shay-an wala yaAAqiloona

39.44.قُل لِّلَّهِ الشَّفَاعَةُ جَمِيعاً لَّهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ

39.44. Dis-leur : «L'intercession est du ressort exclusif du Seigneur. N'est-Il pas le Maître des Cieux et de la Terre? N'est-ce pas vers Lui que se fera votre retour?»

39.44 . Say : Unto Allah belongeth all intercession . His is the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth . And afterward unto Him ye will be brought back .

39.44. Qul lillahi alshshafaAAatu jameeAAan lahu mulku alssamawati waal-ardi thumma ilayhi turjaAAoona

39.45.وَإِذَا ذُكِرَ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ اشْمَأَزَّتْ قُلُوبُ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ وَإِذَا ذُكِرَ الَّذِينَ مِن دُونِهِ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ

39.45. Lorsque le Nom de Dieu Seul est mentionné, ceux qui ne croient pas à la vie future en ont le cœur contracté de dépit. Mais lorsqu'on fait mention de leurs idoles, leur joie ne connaît plus de limites !

39.45 . And when Allah alone is mentioned , the hearts of those who believe not in the Hereafter are repelled , and when those ( whom they worship ) beside Him are mentioned , behold! they are glad .

39.45. Wa-itha thukira Allahu wahdahu ishmaazzat quloobu allatheena la yu/minoona bial-akhirati wa-itha thukira allatheena min doonihi itha hum yastabshiroona
