I mean, when you are registeres on that website, Can people add their photos in our gallerie?

if it's a website, then maybe you should try to register first and then send a request to the webmasters asking them about uploading your pics. i'm sure someone there will help

There is another website to post your pictures and get your own gallery. Try Publish Pictures.

To the best of my knowledge Hi5 is another virtual social platform where you can make friends, exchange messages etc... However the one that is now doing very well now is Facebook. Give it a try!
