For some months ago a newpaper published 12 drawning og the Prophete Mohammed (sw). the newspaper try to show that the prophete is terorist, polygam...

<br><img src="[i2-images.tv2.dk];
So many muslim countriers have been protesting against the drawning. 12 ambassadeurs have trierd to have dialog with the stat minister of Danmark but with no luck. he just refusing any confrontation hiding behind that people and newspaper have a right to say there piece og mind.!!

What about piece of mind that touch other people relegion?
should saying your mind have anything to do with attaking other minority ??

just was wondring!! is that what the west try to teach us about democracy and freedom of speech??

salam everybody,

Can you imagine how many times people in Denmark ask me over and over about what I think of muslims reactions on the prophets drawing in the newspaper! I don´t know if they don´t understand it or if they just don´t want to. They always claim everyones right to draw whatever he wants, and that muslim nations should not interfear in their internal matters. But the way I see it they are interfearing in Islam in a way that´s not acceptable at all. Danish export to muslim countries is so important that Denmark cannot afford an embargo from muslim countries. Many industries will stop here if that happens. But I´m still amased that they still insist that muslims can´t expect the danish gouvernement to do anything about the newspaper. I once said to some guys if you do respect the muslims, then you´ll know that the drawings are violations against all what they stand for. How can you respect someone and want to coexist with them when you at the same time breach one of the most important rule they believe in. They keep on telling me, we do the same in our religion so where is the problem. I said, that is why we have different religions and believes. And by the way you don´t even believe in the one you have. So how can you tell me about religion.
May be in Europe the religion is just a book of fairy tales and old rules that stand on the way self-fulfilment and self-realization. Which is not the case for a muslim.

Salaam every body. Allahu sallee 'alaa muhammeda, Allahu akbar.
I will attempt to restrain myself and be gentle due to the importance of the matter here. I still strongly disagree with all this indignation about what non muslims attempt to do to hurt islaam. Have we forgotten that our prophet's(saaws) people plotted to assasinate him. Did he stop, did he fear, did he waist time on fighting them.NO.He continued with his message of mercy and compassion and that's what made Islaam what it is. Within the Islaamic history great men and women challenged the essence itself of islaam and of the creator himself and erred and roamed,intellectually, and came back with stronger faith and more solid iimaan.You may want to consider Ghazaali. In the last decade or two we have been motivated to uprise against Salmaan Rushdi and the likes of him. I do believe that all these non issues are side tracks, cause a waist of Muslims' good energy,drain Muslims' resources, and are an excellent distraction.Above all this reflects how weak we are.A strong muslim Ummah would not pay any attention to any of these ignorant attacks. However, as long as we over react or even react to any of these insults they will continue to occur.
I don't want to sound appologetic but I also don't need to disagree with your indignation. I mean: yes these photos are Unislaamic if they were published by a muslim paper. My question is how can you expect any thing different from any western value less society?
May Allah guive us guidance.
A muslim human being .

Thank you shamsiah for those wise words. We just need to remember them sometimes, just as much as we need to remember the essence of why we are here at the first place.
