With the financial crisis in full swing in Spain, the 700,000 Moroccans residing there have to endure a great deal. Those immigrants who have already received Spanish citizenship and so are now EU citizens too, find it particularly easy to obtain a residence permit in Belgium. They take on a job with a fake company using a fake contract, for which they must pay a great deal, and within a few weeks they are able to live off unemployment benefits or OCMW (Public Centre for Social Welfare) benefits. Those who have not yet attained Spanish nationality keep mum about their Moroccan passports, state they are living here illegally and attempt to obtain a regularised residence permit by making use of the current regularisation campaign for aliens. To do this they collect documentary evidence, such as fake leases, fake employment contracts and even fake doctor's certificates - all of which is supposed to prove they have been here for five years. The Antwerp OCMW says that it has a blacklist of suspect companies that provide fake contracts.

it's not you who is going to pick the money from your pocket to distribute it to these new comers. US where you're staying is also hit badly by the crisis but it does change nothing in Americain system to stop green card seekers from coming to America. waw what an envying guy MAHSAD

i agree with u but i wanna also add that (as thetiger said) is not the solution, because the level of those benefits will fall down, and then the only solution will consist in the no voluntary return of those people.

the banks have the solution, if they don't give credits people can not survive.

fake company and fake contract ?
practically how? all companies in Europe need to have an active tax code, declare the number of people working for the company and pay tax health insurance on incomes , few years ago the EU parliament voted for the creation of a huge database , which links all members of the EU in fields such as : immigration , work , pension , taxation , state benefits etc to tackle these sort of loopholes

In your previous post; you said you live in Holland, Belguim, USA, France ...it make no difference to us; Live and let live mate.
Those guys are only trying to survive like you and I. Your post is not good for our reputation.
