kind of 45 centimeter diameter ! filled with a mixture of yummy spices camel meat and local veggies ! with a nice berrad of local tea. oh yeah the place name is "erfoud" then we went for 5 days in ouerzazate .. even the staff at the palace did not recognise we were moroccan ! coz they are scarce ! and we went to gorges du todras (fijaj aljibal) where we get an absolutely new to the tongue local couscou with the waterfals just meters away. then on our way back to ourzazate sometimes the road and oued ziz merge in a crossing when the water is over the road by one inch or two ... very beautiful
or while people-watching from one of the cafes on the Place Mouley Hassan, which looks out onto the port's animated fish market and stalls.
