Azerbaijan supports Morocco's efforts to restore flow of goods and people in Guerguarate

The Republic of Azerbaijan on Friday expressed its support to Morocco's efforts to restore the flow of goods and people in the Guerguarate border crossing.

«The Republic of Azebaijan expresses its support to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Morocco and its efforts to restore the free circulation of goods and people in the Guergarate passage between Morocco and Mauritania», the ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan points out in a statement.

Azerbaijan «supports the UN efforts to reach a lasting and fair political solution to the Sahara issue based on relevant UN Security Council resolutions», the ministry adds.
