Morocco : One dead, 16 wounded in road accident near Ouezzane

A 20-year-old girl died and 16 people were injured, three of them seriously, in a road accident that occurred Wednesday morning in douar Nhir under the commune of Lamjaara after the fall of a large transport car into a ravine, said the local authorities of the province of Ouezzane.

The injured were evacuated to the provincial hospital of Ouezzane to receive the necessary care, the same source added.

An investigation has been initiated by the competent authorities to clarify the circumstances of this accident, the source concluded.
