The Wilaya of the region of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra has announced the ban of any gathering on the public road representing a violation of the state of health emergency and a threat to the safety of citizens, following a call to hold a sit-in in front of the Parliament on Tuesday.
In a press release published on Monday, the Wilaya pointed out that posts are circulating on social networks calling for holding a sit-in before the Parliament on Tuesday, April 27 at 4:30 p.m..
Given the preventive measures taken by the Government to curb the spread of Covid-19 and taking into account the extension of the state of health emergency until May 10, 2021, local authorities announce the ban of any gathering on the public road representing a violation of the measures of the state of health emergency and a threat to the safety of citizens, according to the release.
